"Nice of you to increase my policy after a death in my family, and not notify me of this change when you called me and just wanted to let it slide on through. I’ve been a State Farm customer for 10+ years and this is the worst agent in Clark County. You should be ashamed of yourself, for such a low and despicable action. You have ZERO integrity, typical Insurance scammer."

"Bought a new car and needed a full coverage policy once again the last one that I had was in a different state and like 6 years ago. All the quotes I got were outrageous and people would run my license till I wanted to sign. I called Jim Riley State farm and had the pleasure of being helped by jen. Even though it was 25 minutes till she was off work she was very helpful not rushing not pushy and also got me renters insurance which I needed as well for like half the price every one else was quoting me and ran my license right away and when we were done she wasn't pushy or anything and just overall very professional friendly and it was probably tied for best insurance experiences ever if not the best out of my 29 years of being a licensed driver."
