After getting a renewal notice from AARP ( The Hartford), including a huge premium increase, I chose to check out other insurance companies. I checked out Progressive, State Farm, and Allstate, and compared them with The Hartford. I chose to go with State Farm, because of the excellent customer service, and that I liked the idea that the company was local. Jim Riley Insurance, really impressed me. I not only got a better rate, for the same coverage, They went above and beyond by sending a thank you card, for deciding to go with their agency. I worked with Daliah, who was great to work with. I am looking for a long term relationship with this agency. I received an excellent deal when I bundled.

This was the easiest and quickest switch from where our insurance was at to State Farm. Kassandra did just about everything for us, including switching our homeowners through our mortgage company.
